Flint, Sargon tribal warrior, began building her combat experience from the moment she was first able to put up her fists. She has mastered a martial arts style based on swift and precise punches. She is currently here on the recommendation of a certain elite operator whose identity has been withheld, and became a Rhodes Island Guard Operator after passing the examination.

The one Blaze brought back with her went and picked another fight with an Operator in the training center today. To preface, Rhodes Island has built up a healthy collection of operators, each different in their own ways, with no shortage of misfits among them. There have been plenty of times where a single flippant comment made someone throw down right in the corridor. Sorting out all those scuffles is a pain, but the fact that they happen in the first place doesn't really surprise anyone. Operator Flint's case, however, is somewhat distinct from this. We've had a lot of operators who've 'compared notes' on physical combat with Flint testify that actually, the fights that unfolded between them were with both sides' mutual discretion and consent. No bad blood at play, no clash that sparked a conflict. In most situations, this short girl stares straight at her target, walks over to them, opens her mouth, and lets loose some strange syllabic utterances. The two then recognize something implicit in the other's gaze, and then put up their dukes. 'I didn't understand what she was saying. But there was no wickedness in her eyes.' -The words of Operator Broca.

Prior to arriving at Rhodes Island, Operator Flint was completely unable to speak several common languages. According to Flint, the common tongues were much like the native languages that evolved freely in the unregulated lands of Sargon, making it almost impossible for her to keep track of. Thus, following her arrival at Rhodes Island, studying common languages has become an important part of her schedule in order to facilitate smooth communication in day-to-day life. The common languages are not particularly difficult to learn, and a persuasive word from Gavial to Flint about taking daily language courses proved to be key. 'What, don't you wanna be able to chat up Blaze?' That was all it took. It worked better than anything anyone else had to say, and Flint began to study seriously. [Voice Log] 'So what do we do until she learns? There's nobody else around who can make sense of her native dialect. Do we just wave our hands at her?' 'Oh. Don't you worry about that.' 'What's not to worry about?! Missions! What do we do about missions? Okay, do we use body language to give her orders in the middle of the battlefield, too?' 'Relax, relax. All accounted for when they put the squad together, don't you worry. See, the Doctor's already kinda sorta picked up a little bit of that weird Sargon blah-blah whatever it is!'

Operator Flint is a Liberi who was raised in the rainforest. The tribe of Liberi she comes from is naturally of small stature, and it's apparent that their physical fitness compared to other Liberi falls slightly short. One need not even start comparing them to the wealth of combative, healthily robust races surrounding them. This is why Flint's tribe has always had a relatively tough time living in the rainforest. These challenges persisted up until Flint reached the age where she could run and jump, at which point she promptly picked and won a fight with two Archosauria who substantially outclassed her. She beat them on their own ground. Flint's fists are fast and tricky. Where she falls short in terms of naturally endowed strength, her race's superiority in speed makes up handily for the deficiency. Her fighting style differs from any boxer with a grounding in theory. She wields her fists to knock her opponent down, pure and simple, and they carry an almost illusory sense of the freedom and danger of the rainforest. As the tallest and strongest warrior in her tribe, Flint was always quite confident of her own build, even proud of it, until she came into contact with other, much taller peoples. Once she came to the realization that most of the entire outside world's population was of much greater stature than her, Flint was quick to give up her arrogance born of ignorance, and she began seeking out new challenges. She went to find those stronger than herself, challenge them, harden and mold herself, improve herself, until she could beat them. Do not underestimate her for her size. No Sargon warrior ever feared a challenge. [Addendum by file author] I will refrain from putting her relationship with the taller operators into words. On the other hand, she gets along with our operators of Durin origin. No question about that.

One might expect that in their reverence for might and strength, the Tiacauh would be impulsive and unruly. But we must admit their conduct is full of great fervor, candor and a masterful valor. Operator Flint is an archetypal example of this. As Flint sees it, there is nothing that can't be settled with her fists some way or another. Back in Flint's old stomping grounds, you'd often catch a glimpse of Tiacauh people who'd been wrestling with each other just a moment ago, who'd stood themselves up straight, shook hands and made peace with each other the very next second. After that handshake, they might wrap their arms around each other's shoulders and go off to eat together. Though, generally, they'll get into another fight because of something else altogether before they can sit down. In addition, the Liberi people to which Flint belongs have a love for flowers that far exceeds the norm. Their preference is especially for lushly colored specimens, which can be often found adorning their homes. Operator Flint holds the fundamental notion that flowers are something found everywhere, and freely pickable as one wishes. Even now, living in Rhodes Island's colossus of rebar and iron sheeting, she continues to think so. As Miss Perfumer's greenhouse steadily drew in the horticulture enthusiasts one after another, a great mystery reared its head. Flowers would often be picked without warning. As the days went on, the gardeners whose plants went missing ultimately formed an alliance, agreeing once and for all to teach the delinquent flower-picker a lesson they'd never forget. Before they set out a real action plan, Operator Flamebringer's meticulously cultivated bonsai was burgled overnight—a crucial breakthrough. The concerned parties fought each other bitterly that next day, and finally, under the oppressive gaze of Dr. Gavial, they reluctantly shook hands and made their own peace. At least Operator Flint now understands. Unlike the rainforest, abundant with vegetation, she should refrain from picking the flowers she finds growing within Rhodes Island. The greenhouse's keeper has allowed Flint the use of a small flowerbed. You can find the Tiacauh stooping next to it from time to time, her hands, so often closed in fists, carefully pulling the weeds, looking forward to seeing the flowers bloom.

To Flint, most people think too much and wind themselves up too tight. Especially the people of Rhodes Island, some of them propping themselves up while they keep working. They make so little sense to her. 'If you're tired, go take a break!' So she says. And when she says it, warrior that she is, she's usually already prepared to safeguard you from any danger as you rest. Only, you worry how the warrior of the rainforest hasn't yet fully grasped just how vast, and broad, this world is. She still needs more time to understand this. Just how much in this world can be solved with her fists alone, and just how many things we're powerless to do anything about.
Handling files? Alright, then. Teach me how. Right. Sort them first. Like this? Then put them in order. By chronological... uh. Paper got torn... S-sorry. I didn't mean to.
Some of the people here. Don't you think they're a little too tall? ...No, I don't care. Not actually. How tall you are and how strong you are don't relate. I just need to bring every last one of them down.
What's my tribe gonna do now that I'm gone? What a dumb question that is. See who has the bigger fists. Pick a new leader that way and just carry on. That's it.
I heard a lot about Gavial. Like how she can crush a rock with her abs. Tear a raging beast apart with one hand. Is she actually that strong? Stronger than Chief Blaze? Warfarin said if I get treatment from Gavial, I can learn firsthand how strong she is... huh? Doctor, why are you stopping me?
Requires [ Elite 1 Lv. 1]
I came here so I could get stronger, and that hasn't changed. It's not just Chief Blaze and Gavial. There's a lotta people worthy enough for me to challenge here... what? You think I look happy? Well, that's not wrong. I don't hate it, being here.
Requires [ Elite 2 Lv. 1]
Everyone in Rhodes Island. Don't they all think too much? You too, Doctor. You have to think about so much every day. You get tired, right. You don't? You have to do it? ...I guess that's true. There's a lotta stuff only you know how to sort out. No other way. Yeah. Then keep it up. Shout any time if you ever need me.

Doctor, give me a hand. Up there. The flower basket up there. Help me get it down. What? You can't reach either? This sucks... Okay. What if I lift you up? Why don't we try that?

Zumama's going on the same mission as me this time? Don't worry. I'm not gonna start hitting her out of nowhere. If we wanna settle a score, we've got all the opportunities we want. Also, I mean, if we start fighting, that makes things hard for you, right? Yeah. I don't really want to do that to you.

This flower. Don't you think it's pretty? I grew this one myself. Hey, what makes you so surprised? I'm not the kind of battle lunatic who only cares about getting stronger. Having a hobby or two is completely normal, right. Huh? You like it too? Then I'll give you this one. Yeah. Not bad. Suits you well.
Doctor, I picked a flower and... huh? Fell asleep? Heh, you're real laid-back. The flower... I'll just put it on your head. Yeah, that looks pretty good.
We meet again, huh. I'm the tallest, strongest warrior of my tribe, Flint. I hear you've got a lot of strong people around here? Great. I'll challenge them one by one. Oh, right. Do you know where I can find Chief Blaze?
Not bad. This technique's not bad! Doctor, I wanna challenge them! Where can I find where this warrior is?
Requires [ Elite 1 Lv. 1]
Promotion? Sure, do whatever you want. Anyway, I can keep fighting like I was already, right?

Doctor, you. You've been thinking too much. Any enemies, we can hit them away with our fists! C'mon. Relax a little. You need to loosen up when it's time to take a rest. Wanna come over here and lie down with me?
Got it. Shout for me when it's time to go.
No problem. Leave it to me.
We're going. Each of you, watch your cover. Don't leave any signs.
Here comes the prey.
On it.
Sure.
One round, let's go.
Wanna come one by one? Or all at once?
Heh. Fine by me!
How's this fist for you!
The look in all your eyes. Screw that.
Don't look down on me!
You can find victory even without your fists? Heh. I guess that's your style...
Good job. Didn't know it. You've got something going up there.
Tch. If the small fry wanna escape, let 'em. They're not worth chasing.
Don't blame yourself. I'm just still not strong enough.
Hey. Can I hang a sandbag or two in my room?
Guh!
Huh? What are you doing squatting down over here? You want me to pat your head?
Arknights.
Let's pull it together. Anything you need me to help with today?

Tiacauh warriors are well-versed in the idea that combat calls for seizing terrain that favors you. Even if she's been away for a while, she still knows every corner of the rainforest inside and out. All she's got to do is pummel faster, and no foe trying to enter her home gets past her!
